Sarah and Michael Ruman bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 518 S. Rose Ave. in Park Ridge from Judith and Jerome Klobutcher for $460,000 on April 2.
The 2,301-square-foot house was built in 1965 in the West Park Ridge neighborhood.
Ms. Ruman is a compensation consultant with Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She was a senior compensation analyst at TAP Pharmaceuticals.
She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business Administration.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 439 home sales in Park Ridge during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $332,500.
