Todd and Megan Church have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1402 W. Byron St. in Wrigleyville for $495,000.
The Churches paid $487,000 for the Unit #2W in June 2006. The 1400-1402 W. Byron St. condo development was built in 2000 and houses eight units. Eileen Quinn of Koenig and Strey is the listing agent for the condo.
Ms. Church is a lawyer in Chicago.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 103 condo sales in Wrigleyville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $368,500.
